There are 10 ADM Phases. These are:

- Information Systems Architecture
- Technology Architecture
- Opportunities & Solutions
- performs initial implementation planning
- Migration Planning
- analysis of costs, benefits, and risks
- Implementation Governance
- Architecture Change Management
